- "How many initials can I add?": Up to two initials may be added in either block or cursive lettering for the standard personalization fee. If you would like an option that is not available on our website, please contact us via WhatsApp to discuss the possibilities.

- "What materials are used?": All pieces are made from Grade A porcelain. Our paints are imported, premium-quality materials specifically developed for porcelain, and every design is created through a refined handcrafted process. All gold-colored details are made with 12% liquid gold.

- "How should I care for my Plié piece?":
- Do not use in a dishwasher or microwave, as the pieces contain metallic decorations (gold or silver), which may pose a fire hazard.
- Do not use abrasive cleaning products or the rough side of a sponge.
- Abrasive materials may scratch the surface, remove the gold detailing, or leave permanent marks.
- Do not scrub the artwork or gold detailing vigorously.
- Use liquid dish soap.
- Do not wash with boiling water.
- Do not soak the piece.
- Do not stack pieces without protecting the items underneath, as friction may damage the painted finish.
