What makes your piece special? A product created especially for you! Every one of our porcelain pieces is hand-decorated and hand-painted using a process that combines several artisan techniques. Above all, each piece is crafted with great care and love in every detail. In addition to the paint and gold accents, every item is fired in a special kiln at high temperatures for many hours. This painting and firing process is repeated several times until each porcelain piece reaches its perfect finish. Our goal is to create a timeless piece that will preserve a meaningful moment in your life for many years to come. After all, every piece is unique—just like you.
Artwork/Painting: Since every design is created entirely by hand, slight variations in size, shade, color, artwork, markings, or placement may occur. We hope you will appreciate the beauty of handcrafted work and embrace the uniqueness that comes with it, as it is impossible to make every piece exactly identical. These natural variations are what make every creation one of a kind.
Paint: Background colors, gradients, stripes, and freehand artwork are mixed and prepared individually during the production of each piece. The colors are carefully blended to achieve the desired tone. However, firing in the kiln changes the final color, meaning the shade seen before firing will not be exactly the same afterward. We can create a color very close to your request, but the final shade can only be confirmed after the firing process is complete.
Production Updates: Once your order has been placed through our website, we will begin producing your piece and send photos for your approval throughout the process. Starting from the second requested modification, an additional fee of R$100.00 will be charged for each change. Therefore, all requested adjustments should be made before the piece is finalized.
Gold/Silver Finish: Gold detailing along the edges of each piece is applied entirely by hand, so slight variations in thickness and placement may occur. Please note that with regular use and friction—especially in areas with greater contact—the gold finish may gradually wear over time if proper care is not taken. The closer the gold is applied to the edge, the greater the likelihood of natural wear. If you have any questions regarding this stage, please contact us before your order is shipped. Once personalized items have been shipped, they cannot be returned.
