1- How is the shipping cost of my purchase calculated?

The value is calculated according to the weight of the products and the delivery postal code of the order.

2- Delivery time:

The delivery will be made according to the estimated time informed at the time of purchase, whether it is a ready-to-ship product or a made-to-order product, according to the region informed in the order, and may vary depending on the region, shipping carrier, and availability of delivery services.

The delivery period will begin counting from the first business day following payment confirmation by the financial institution.

3- Delivery Services

Plié offers delivery options through postal services, shipping carriers, FedEx, and its own delivery service (Criciúma - SC).

To track your order with the shipping carrier or postal service, click on MY ORDERS, select the desired order, and click on "View tracking code".

Since we use third-party delivery services, small delays may occur regarding the estimated delivery time, over which Plié has no direct control.

Three delivery attempts are made on consecutive days. If delivery is unsuccessful, the product will be returned to our distribution center.

4- Is it possible to change the delivery address?

No, after completing your order, it will not be possible to change the delivery address. The address registration must be completed directly in your account on the website or at the time of purchase.

5- Delivery packaging

Your purchases will be gift-wrapped in the boxes available in our brand colors (purple or dark blue), accompanied by: ribbon, card, and branded tissue paper.

You may also request personalization with an initial in block lettering on the box lid via WhatsApp, before the piece is placed inside the transport packaging.
