Plié uses high-quality materials in the production of each product, prioritizing quality and customer satisfaction. Out of respect and to maintain the credibility achieved with its consumers, the company has created a return and exchange policy according to applicable consumer protection regulations, ensuring that you (customer) receive an efficient, agile, and above all satisfactory service.

I. Right of withdrawal: the Customer may exercise the right to withdraw from the purchase in order to return the Product, provided that the following conditions are met: the deadline for requesting a product return is up to 3 (three) calendar days, starting from the date of receipt; in case of return, the product must be sent back to Plié in its original packaging, accompanied by the proof of purchase, the manual, and all of its accessories.

The product must be very well packaged and protected for the return transportation, ensuring that it does not suffer any damage during the return shipment.

Products that have been personalized by the customer are excluded, as the product becomes personal and unavailable for resale.

I.I – The Customer must request the return through Customer Service via WhatsApp. Any expenses related to the collection or shipping of the Product will be paid by the Customer.

I.II – After the product arrives at the Distribution Center, Plié will verify whether the conditions mentioned above have been met. If approved, Plié will proceed with the refund of the amount corresponding to the purchase.

I.III – For purchases made by credit card, the card administrator will be notified and the refund will occur according to the deadlines established by the card administrator.

The refund period and any charges for remaining installments after the full refund of the Product value on the Customer's credit card processed by Plié are the responsibility of the card administrator.

In the event of future installment charges by the card administrator, the Customer will not be charged an additional amount, as Plié, as mentioned above, processes the full refund of the Product amount at once.

I.IV – For purchases paid through other payment methods, the refund will be made through bank deposit, according to the information provided by the purchaser.

All costs related to taxes, duties, administrative fees, return costs, exchanges, or any other amount generated by the process will be the responsibility of the Customer and may be deducted from the amount already paid by the customer.

In cases of product exchange, the Customer will again be responsible for shipping costs, taxes, duties, and any other expenses related to the new shipment of the product.
